Payment Methods
1. Order online using Mastercard or Visa - sorry, no Discover or American Express cards accepted at this time. Credit card orders will ship within 3-4 business days. We won't charge your card until the order is packed and about to head out the door.
2. If you would like to mail or fax your order form please call me at 865-773-3721 or fax your order to 865-233-0139.
3. If you're uncomfortable giving us your credit card online, please complete the order online or by e-mail and indicate that you'd like us to call you for the credit card information.
Sales Tax
Jewels of the Trade collects 9.25% Sales Tax for all orders shipping to Tennessee.
Shipping & Handling
At this time, we can only offer delivery to our customers in the US. Shipping charge is $3 for orders up to $50 in the continental U.S. Free shipping and handling for orders over $50 in the continental U.S. We ship UPS ground or Priority Mail for all orders, unless requested otherwise. Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select) is available upon request and will be charged at the actual shipping rate. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we can ship by either UPS air or by priority mail.
I Changed My Mind After I Received The Order
We want you to love your order! But if you don't, returns or exchanges are accepted for any reason within 15 days of receipt of order. Please call or e-mail with return request and to receive return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without notifying us first.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is damaged or defective. We strongly encourage that you send your returns insured, and by a method that will track the shipment or that will allow us to sign for the shipment. Refunds will not be given for returns that you sent back to us but are lost in transit, received in damaged/altered condition, or not received by us at all. You are responsible for paying the shipping charge to send the return, unless it arrived damaged.
I Love My Stuff, But It Arrived Damaged!
In case of damages incurred in shipping, please save all packing materials and call us with 5 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Can I Buy Your Jewelry Wholesale For My Store?
Yes! You can view wholesale prices online and build your shopping cart with these prices after we set you up with a username and password. Please e-mail us with your business name, mailing address and phone number, and we will reply with your sign-in information.
